Qualitista is a brand new venture that aims to make customer support better, especially for large teams with many support agents and thousands of conversations with their customers. It's a little bit like code review in engineering. Doesn't sound familiar at all? That's because it's not a "thing" yet. And we need you to help us make it a "thing". We are a small group of experienced communicators and hackers with backgrounds in companies like Pipedrive and Skype. We convinced some decent investors that we know what we are doing, thus enabling us to buy the fancier kind of frozen pizza for our nutritional needs. Go ahead, apply.
