Ampler Bikes makes light electric bikes for urban commuters. Electric bikes are a fantastic solution to the commuting problem – heavy congestion and stress, no parking spaces, and physical barriers like wind and hills that cause sweat. In our quest to solve it, we’ve already won the best Electric Bike Award, received great reviews from the likes of The Verge, The Guardian and Cycling Weekly, and we’re growing at lightning speed.

We need you to take care of Ampler work environment, to make it a safe and welcoming place to be at. You would be working closely with team-leads and Head of Culture & People to support keeping the good vibe of the Ampler Team.

What will you be doing at Ampler:

• Taking care of and managing Ampler Estonian offices, including cleaning service, work equipment, plants etc
• Setting procedures to ensure smooth operations in the offices and dining area
• Managing supply of food, drinks, snacks, office supplies etc
• Helping HR with onboarding, greeting of new team members and monitoring/improving people motivation levels
• Arranging workstations, work equipment and team clothing for team members
• Arranging presents for team members, partners etc
• Arranging Ampler team events, both local and international
• Managing travels, plane tickets, accommodation etc
• Arranging smaller regular events for teams - dinners, cinema, bowling, sauna etc
• Celebrating team members birthdays and anniversaries
• Managing Ampler Jüri Showroom
• Doing other daily things to make people at Ampler feel good and motivated
• Supporting Ampler growth
