Resource will support copy needs for the web portal, mobile wallet and mobile scanner apps.
In addition, may need to help with copy for FAQ’s that live on the NYS hosted web pages (outside of our portal), as well as other ancillary copy needs for the app stores, emails, chat bot, etc.
