SOCIAL MEDIA + CONTENT MANAGER
We are looking for a Social Media + Content Manager to join our growing team here at Majestic Casual and support and develop all of our digital marketing and social media efforts.
As our Social Media + Content Manager, you will be managing and executing Majestic Casual, Majestic Casual Records, and Majestic Journal’s digital and social media initiatives, email marketing campaigns, social and web content, paid advertising campaigns, and other relevant digital marketing activities. In addition, you will be monitoring, and regularly reporting on, key performance metrics, data analysis, industry and competitive trends, and other optimization recommendations. You will be working very closely with the Brand, Editorial, and Curation teams to bring the Majestic Casual persona to life, and the brand to the next level.

This is a full-time position, with competitive pay that is determined by your experience. You should be based in Berlin, Germany - or willing to relocate.
Below is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities that the role will cover:
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SPECIFICS:
- Update and maintain all of Majestic Casual’s key social media platforms and digital properties, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
- Compile and analyze data to provide insight on key performance indicators, and key growth metrics across all social media and digital platforms
- Develop measurement strategies to track social media performance, and use such data to consistently improve ROI and growth
- Play a lead role in creating, managing, and executing omni-channel social media strategies and marketing campaigns
- Play a lead role in managing and maintaining the Majestic Casual voice
- Work closely with Brand, Editorial, and Curation teams to ensure that all communications are up-to-date
- Assist in email marketing campaigns, including database upkeep and newsletter deployments
- Assist in planning, optimizing, and reporting on paid advertisement campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on digital marketing/media and other industry trends and identify new opportunities
- Engage with fans and followers, respond to queries and comments, and managing other community aspects
- Work with other teams within the Majestic Casual umbrella to create original content as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in digital marketing, social media, and community management (music industry experience a plus)
- Native English speaker (or native-level fluency in English - other languages a plus)
- Knack for writing engaging, on-brand copy, and an eye for social media and content trends
- Passion for music and photography
- Excellent knowledge and familiarity with organizational software such as Trello, Google Drive; and digital platforms such as Squarespace, Wordpress
- Experience in running Google AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other DSP campaigns highly preferred
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus
- Experience in managing a team a plus
- Extensive knowledge of the Majestic Casual ethos, brand, and aesthetic is highly preferred
