COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Our Client is seeking to hire an apt and dynamic candidate who will function as the Legal and Compliance Officer and will amongst other things be responsible for the reviewing of all relevant statutory laws and regulations applicable to the Company and ensure compliance.
DUTIES
• Carrying out Legal research
• Analysis for codes, act, laws,
• Development of compliance programme contents, for publication
• Development of compliance parameters for different sectors and companies,
• Financial and Non-Financial metrics
• Corporate governance audit
• Dissection of all codes
• Conduct compliance surveys for different sectors, industry and companies.
• Comparative analysis both local n international ,
• Developing case studies
REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
• 2-5 years working experience ( relevant experience in compliance is required)
• High level of determination and tenacity
• Good understanding of Compliance activities
• Experience of developing and managing compliance monitoring programmes.
• Articulate, effective communication skills with the ability to communicate internally and externally
