Job Description for IT Personnel

•Manage information technology and computer systems.

•Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations.

•Collaborate with internet providers to ensure smooth process

•Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.

•Develop company’s internet policy, monitoring internet, and email use.

•Ensure security of data, network access and backup system.

Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.

•Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.

•Audit systems assess their outcomes.

•Preserve assets, information security and control structures.

•Handle annual IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

•Make recommendations for improving the Society’s IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.

•Setting up new users and managing backup, security and passwords.

•Assist in managing Website

•Emails and systems setups

•Keep staff updated with IT report on regular basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

 • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or similar fields from a recognized University

.  He/she must have proven working experience as an IT Personnel with a minimum of 2 years IT experience.

• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems.

 • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation.

• The candidate must  have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form

•He / She must be dependable, has integrity and be attentive to details.
