Our client, in the entertainment and media sector, is seeking to engage an experienced candidate to manage the Administration and Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the organisation.
Job Description
The successful candidate will play the strategic role of ensuring that the day-to-day cross-border operations and administration of the organisation runs smoothly and must be prepared to roll up their sleeves, get in the trenches and implement structures with the overall aim to ensure that the business runs like a well-oiled machine.
Job Responsibilities
1. You will be charged with driving operational excellence in multiple areas which range from managing key external partners, driving operational projects, resolving operational issues, and creating more innovative and efficient ways to support the operation.
2. You will be designing and implementing operational processes in line with what the business is looking to achieve.
3. Ensuring seamless customer service at all times.
4. Design and lead the implementation of improvements to strategy, policies and procedures, holding the team accountable to adhere to those procedures.
5. Drive projects and encourage maximum performance and dedication.
6. Direct the preparation of short/long term goals based on the goals of the business.
7. Responsible for managing relationships with partners/vendors
8. Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
● Previous experience in administration and operations role within a dynamic environment. At least 2 years
●Organization skills
●Ability to research
●Good presentation abilities
• Can Effectively communicate both verbally and in written form
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State (The successful individual will work remotely and onsite)
Salary: N100,000 to N150,000 ( depending on quality of experience)
